Whether I’m creating beautifully smooth hair, adding movement with a perm, blending greys, creating dimension with colour or experimenting with fantasy shades, I enjoy finding the techniques that bring out the best in each client. I’m always learning, exploring new ideas and challenging myself creatively.

A love for hairstyling began at a young age in a cousin’s salon, where early experiments included practicing on dolls and even cutting a cousin’s fringe. Though initially pursuing a degree in Portuguese teaching, it soon became clear that hairstyling was her true passion.

In 2018, formal training at L’Oréal Professionnel in São Paulo provided a strong foundation in cutting and coloring techniques, with a particular emphasis on signature coloring methods like balayage and ombre. This was followed by valuable experience at the renowned Retro Salon, where she discovered an inclination for creative color and precision cuts. Inspired by São Paulo’s vibrant energy, a dream took shape: becoming a hairdresser in Tokyo. In 2019, that dream became reality when she moved to Tokyo to earn a Cosmetology Diploma.

While studying, she joined RPH Salon, where she completed their comprehensive training program. During this time, she honed her expertise in precision cutting, advanced techniques like baby lights, and creative color applications. She also had the opportunity to assist in photo shoots for award-winning collections, further developing her eye for detail and artistic expression.

Leticia is dedicated to continuously growing and redefining her skills, always taking on creative projects LIKE THE COPPER COLLECTION to push her boundaries. She loves creating dimension with Highlights and Ombre or crafting personalized haircuts that enhance her clients’ individual looks.

Today, Leticia draws inspiration from iconic movies and surrounding pop culture, channeling these influences into her own unique approach to hairdressing.
